• Approval of Fielding Town Planning Commission for a conditional use business category must be attached to application and become a part thereof.

Annual Business License fees shall be due on the first day of each calendar year and shall become delinquent if not paid by the last day of February each year. If any license fee is not paid by the due date, a penalty of 50% of the amount of such license shall be added to the original amount thereof. No license shall be issued until all penalties legally assessed have been paid in full.
