Planning Commission Meeting

June 4, 2026

Members Present:

1. Pledge of Allegiance

   Spencer Garn called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM, and led the pledge.

2. Approval of agenda

   Gavin Welling motioned to approve the agenda. Hayden Marsh seconded the motion.

   Spencer Garn - aye, Hayden Marsh - aye, Gavin Welling - aye. Motion approved.

3. Approval of the minutes of April 9, 2026

   Hayden Marsh motioned to approve the minutes. Gavin Welling seconded the motion.

   Spencer Garn - aye, Hayden Marsh - aye, Gavin Welling - aye. Motion approved.

4. Public Comments:

   There were no public comments.

5. Tony Hess - Subdivision/Plat approval

   Tony presented his 2 lot subdivision to the board members. Tony is dividing his father's property into two lots; one will be sold to the town for future development and the other to a private citizen. The plat was acceptable. Gavin Welling made a motion to approve the subdivision as drawn on the mylar. Hayden Marsh seconded the motion. Spencer Garn - aye, Hayden Marsh - aye, Gavin Welling - aye. Motion approved.

   There were no comments or reports.

7. Adjournment

   Gavin Welling made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:08. Hayden Marsh seconded the motion. Spencer Garn - aye, Hayden Marsh - aye, Gavin Welling - aye. Motion approved.
