RESOLUTION 07-06-23

RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN UPDATED FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE TOWN OF FIELDING IN ACCORDANCE WITH U.C.A. § 10-3-717.

WHEREAS, the Town of Fielding is a municipality of the State of Utah, duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Utah; and

WHEREAS, Utah Code Annotated Section 10-3-717 allows the governing body of the Town of Fielding to establish fees for municipal services; and

WHEREAS, the Town of Fielding desires to update the fees outlined for municipal services to ensure costs related to providing said services are duly covered, budgeted and accounted for.

NOW THEREFORE, the Town Council acting as the legislative body for the Town of Fielding resolves as follows:

Section 1: The Fee Schedule of the Town of Fielding is hereby adopted in its entirety as set forth in "Exhibit A."

Section 2: All prior fee schedules previously adopted by the Town of Fielding are hereby repealed to the extent of inconsistency, but in all other respects such fees adopted by ordinance and resolutions shall remain in full force and effect.

Section 3: This resolution shall take effect upon approval.

PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FIELDING THIS THE 6TH DAY OF JULY 2023.
